Working all day and then going straight to bootcamp gets hectic and trying to cook a healthy meal up in a short period of time was hard for me. I love being able to open my freezer and have a healthy meal right at hand. Helps me avoid the drive-thru, saves money and time. and I know I'm eating something good for me. I found myself buying things from the grocery store to cook up just to end up throwing away because I wouldnt have time. My favorite are the high fiber muffins, I eat one for breakfast along with a bit of yogurt and I find I'm fuller longer than if I had eaten cereal or other things I used to eat for breakfast. Good quality and tasty! Doesnt get any better!

Weekly grocery shopping starts with the best intentions.  Life, appointments, work, distractions happen, and by the end of the week, I am usually throwing away 60% of that once perfectly good fresh food because we just didn’t get to it.  Not only has O’Delish helped me minimize the time I spend thinking about what’s for dinner, grocery shopping, and suffering that inevitable guilt that comes with throwing food away, but they have actually reduced the amount of money I spend, and eventually waste, on our dinners and lunches.

When I first discovered your heat and eat nutritious meals, I knew both my husband and I would appreciate the taste, the nutrition and the convenience but when my 11 year old (picky eater) asked for your Spanokopita instead of Pizza Pops for his after school snack, I was elated! We also really enjoy your soup and sandwich combo because the soups are available in small individual portions so everyone can have their favourite flavour at the same meal. We really appreciate your service and plan to be regular customers for many years to come!
